Finance Manager
Born in February 1975 in Istanbul. Graduated with BSc degree Economist from Yıldız Technical University in 1997. He also graduated with Master in Business Administration from YTU in 2007.
He worked as an senior accountant, business/financial controller and budget and reporting manager in the leader companies in Turkish Shipping Industry over than 15 years. In July 2017 he joined Devbulk Team as Finance Manager. He has also SMMM (CPA) and CRMA certificate. He is member of ISMMMO and TIDE.
Financial Controller
Tuğba Güler was born in the Netherlands and holds a BSc in Accountancy from Nivra-Nyenrode University. She began her career in audit in 2004, developing a strong foundation in financial reporting, internal control, and compliance.
She moved to Istanbul in 2012, where she continued her career and gained extensive experience in financial planning, budget management, cost control, and management reporting, supporting data-driven decision-making particularly in logistics and real estate.
Tuğba joined Devbulk in January 2026, where she focuses on strengthening financial transparency, developing reporting frameworks, and enhancing cost discipline across operations.
Accounting Manager
Born in October 1980 in Rize. Graduated with BSc degree Business from Anadolu University in 2003. He started working in the field of accounting in different business lines in Turkey in 2003 and worked as a Cost Accounting chief in a company affiliated with the Sabancı Group between September 2006 and November 2011.
In December 2011 he joined Devchem Shipping,a subsidiary of Deval family, as Accounting deputy manager . He has also SMMM (CPA) certificate. He is member of ISMMMO since 2012. He is married and has two daughters.

Born in July 1978 Istanbul . Graduated from Canakkale 18 Mart University in 1999 and Anadolu University in 2002.(Department of Business Administration)
He started working in the field of accounting in different business lines in Turkey in 1999 After 2013, he worked in accounting in companies in the maritime sector.
In October 2019 he joined Devbulk as Accouting Specialist.He is married with a son.
