DPA
Born in 10 July 1977 in Istanbul. Graduated from Kocaeli University Karamursel Maritime College in 1999. He worked at sea for 6 years as a deck officer and 10 years as a Master position on several types of ships. He worked as DPA/CSO, Deputy Operation Manager, and Marine superintendent duty between 2014 and 2021. In 2021 he joined Devbulk as DPA/ACSO Safety Quality Manager. He is married with a daughter.
CSO
Born in July 1987 in Istanbul. Graduated from Istanbul Ortakoy Maritime High School in 2005 and Kocaeli University Karamursel Maritime College in 2007. He worked at sea for about 12 years as a Deck and Chief Officer on several types of ships. Thereafter, he worked as Marine Surveyor and Marine Consultant duty between 2018 and 2021. In 2021 he joined Devbulk as CSO / ADPA / Safety & Quality Deputy Manager. He is married with a son.
HSEQ Superintendent
He was born on January 1, 1984, and graduated from the Turkish Maritime Education Center in 2003. He has over 24 years of experience in the global dry bulk shipping industry, including 10 years of service as Master. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively on dry cargo vessels, acquiring comprehensive knowledge in navigation, safety, and maritime operations. In August 2025, he joined Devbulk as an HSEQ Superintendent, where he is responsible for ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. He is married and takes great pride in his two children.
Deck Superintendent (Fleet A)
Born in 1989 in Istanbul. Graduated from Piri Reis Maritime Academy on deck department. He worked at sea for 15 years on several size and types of bulk carriers as Deck Officer, Chief Officer and then qualified as a Captain. During and after his sea service he has studied regarding Business Management, International Relations, Occupational Health and Safety Expertise in different universities. He continued to his carrier in shore based roles as Marine & HSEQ and Training Superintendent. While working as a Superintendent he certified as Designated Person Ashore and Company Security Officer. In 2024, he joined Devbulk team as Marine Superintendent.
Deck Superintendent (Fleet B)
Born in Istanbul in 1988, he graduated from Istanbul Technical University Maritime Vocational School, Department of Maritime Transportation and Management. He has 15 years of seagoing experience aboard Handysize, Supramax, and Panamax bulk carriers, serving in various ranks from Deck Officer to Chief Officer and Master. During the final six years of his seagoing career, he served as a senior officer and Master in international fleets. Throughout his seagoing career, he gained extensive experience in navigation, cargo operations, ship handling, and Bridge Resource Management (BRM). In July 2026, he joined the Devbulk team and transitioned to a shore-based role as Deck Superintendent for Fleet B, with responsibilities covering marine operations, HSEQ, and crew training. He is married and has one son.
