Technical Coordinator
Graduated from K.T.U. Rize Technical College. Worked at sea from 1990 to 2005 as Eng. Officer, 1st. Engineer and Chief Engineer at several type and size vessels. From 2005 to 2012 continue Technical Superintendent. From 2012 to 2017 turnbacked again to sealife as Chief Engineer. He is married and has a son.
Technical Manager (Fleet A)
Born in 27 september 1977 Kilis. In 1999, he graduated from Yildiz Technical University, faculty of engineering / Department of Ship machinery and shipbuilding. Thereafter, he started to serve as eng.officer, 1st engineer and chief engineer at several type of bulk carrier and cape size vessels until 2012. From 2012 to 2021 continue Technical Superintendent, joined in Devbulk in november 2021 as technical manager. He is married.
Technical Manager (Fleet B)
He was born in Sivas on April 12, 1977. He graduated from the Marine Engineering Department of Ziya Kalkavan Anatolian Maritime High School in 1995. Between 1998 and 2010, he served onboard cargo vessels, Ro-Ro passenger vessels, and chemical tankers as Engineer, First Engineer, and Chief Engineer. From 2010 to 2026, he continued his professional career as a Technical Superintendent at various chemical shipping companies. He joined Devbulk on April 13, 2026, as Technical Manager. He is married and has one daughter and one son.
Engine Superintendent (Fleet A)
Born in 1976 İstanbul. Graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Maritime College in 1997. He worked on cargo vessels from 1998 to 2020 as Eng. Officer, 1st. Engineer and Chief Engineer at several type and size vessels. In February 2021 he joined Devbulk as Technical Superintendent.
Engine Superintendent (Fleet B)
Born in 1988 Batman. Graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Maritime Faculty in 2011. He worked on cargo vessels from 2011 to 2024 as Eng. Officer, 1st. Engineer and Chief Engineer at several type and size vessels. He joined Devbulk as Technical Superintendent In March/2025.
Purchasing Manager
Born in 1980 Istanbul and graduated from CIU with economics and administrative sciences degree. He worked in Turkish Cargo Lines for more than 10 years as an operation executive, purchasing manager and DPA/CSO. He joined Devbulk in October 2019 as Marine Superintendent. Tugrul is a strong Besiktas SC supporter and a congress member to the club as well. He is married with a son.
Purchasing Assistant (heavy parts)
Born in 13 August 1979 Istanbul. Graduated from department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering of Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) Maritime Faculty in 2001. He worked at sea from 2004 to 2020 as Eng.Officer,1st Engineer and Chief Engineer at several type of ships. In August 2020 he joined Devbulk as Technical Superintendent. He is married with a son.
Purchasing Assistant
Born in 1989 in Istanbul. He graduated from the Import and Export Department at Bahçeşehir University and the International Relations Department at Anadolu University. He worked as an Export Specialist for six years in companies operating across various industries. Onur joined Devbulk as a Purchasing Specialist in June 2023. He is also a martial artist and holds a 3rd Dan black belt in Aikido.
